I am an eclectic registered social worker that pulls from different modalities. I am equipped to support individuals with life stressors and transitions, grief, relationship challenges and trauma.
I specialize in supporting individuals through the uncertainty and challenges of infertility, pregnancy, postpartum and parenthood. If you are experiencing anxiety, grief, or overwhelm I can support you to navigate these experiences.
My own lived experience with infertility and pregnancy loss deeply informs my practice, allowing me to approach each individual with empathy, understanding, and a recognition of the profound impact these experiences have on mental health. Whether you are facing fertility challenges, pregnancy-related anxiety, postpartum anxiety or OCD, or the difficult path of healing after loss, I offer a safe space to process, heal, and rediscover your strength.
My approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and tailored to your unique journey. You deserve support that honors your experience and helps you find balance and hope. Whenever you’re ready, I’m here to walk alongside you.
I am trained in a number of modalities including Exposure and Response Prevention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time in nature with my daughters, partner, and goldendoodle. I love baking anything sweet, cycling, and try to read a book when I have time!
